Prepare Yourself Now  The time to think about your safety is not "after" something happens but "before" something happens. IPA offers consulting services for facilities, securing buildings and training security officers. For the women, we offer Self Awareness Courses and a "Commonsensical Survival Skills Manual". These courses and the manual do not teach self-defense but how to prepare yourself mentally to be aware of your surroundings. All consultants and instructors are highly trained and available to hold courses on-site as well as customizing courses to meet any particular requirements.
